Bereits vor zwei Jahren haben wir ein Informations- und Bildungsprojekt durchgeführt, das die Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit und Zertifizierung von Palmöl thematisiert hat. Unser Fokus lag 2018 auf der Verwendung von Palmöl in der Lebensmittelindustrie und jenen Nachhaltigkeitssiegeln, denen wir als Verbraucher*innen im Supermarkt auf Produkten am häufigsten begegnen.
